Whoever Perseveres on a Thing Can do it

March 13, 2017 by Ayman10+ | 0 comments

Everyone has tried something that didn’t work at first. It might be anything. It might me drawing a thing, doing a trick, or it might be playing a new sport. Everyone tried to do something that didn’t work. But not everybody ends up not knowing how to do it. Some people after trying one time and not working will say: ” Well, looks like I can’t do it, better try something else”. No! Don’t be like that. Be like the people that say: “I will keep on doing it!”

You need to persevere on things you don’t know. I’ll tell you what happened with me. Once, we went on a field trip to “Funland” which was mostly skiing. When I first put my skating boot on the ice I fell. I tried for two hours to get the hang of it until I finally did. Me and my best friend knew how to at the end. Don’t forget! Practice and trying makes perfect!Possible, Impossible, Opportunity

Building your future

My dad always tells me that when you are improving and learning new things in a day, you add a block to the tower of your future. Your future tower is not a real tower. What it means is that if you don’t work hard and put effort from your childhood, maybe your future won’t be good. When you graduate from school, you must have finished your future tower. If you finish your future tower too soon then you can add trees and a pool and lights. If your future tower is nice and wonderful when you graduate, then your work and other things in your adult will be nice and wonderful. But if your future tower is unfinished and nasty when you graduate, well, I hate to say this but maybe your future won’t be so nice.

Take care of your future tower and I hope everybody’s will be great and have a great future!

I hope everybody’s future tower will be this one below!

Not everybody knows nature

Nowadays, all people have an electronic device. But these things are blocking things better than them. And the thing that screens are blocking is: Nature.

Everything the nature contains has something amazing. Nature has a song for who listens. I don’t mean that there is really a song and people who are deaf can’t listen. I mean that if somebody doesn’t look and see the wonders of nature, he cannot see what planet earth is like.

Not everybody knows nature. Nature is not only a plain with trees. Sometimes when you are on a mountain and there’s another mountain in front of you and it’s time for sunset, some people just call someone or get their noses on a screen. Nature is more that you think. I don’t mean stop using any screen. What I mean is that don’t let it ruin how you see nature.

3D + 4D movie!

Today, we went on a field trip to “Magic Island”. It has millions of games, video games, and rides. There happened a lot of awesome things, but today I will talk only about the 3D and 4D all mixed together movie! Out teacher told us about a movie at the other side of “Magic Island”.

Me and my friends ran there and waited our turn. When it was our turn, we went inside a room that had only four movie seats. When we chose and sat on our seats, a man who worked there gave us 3D glasses. When he went out and shut the door, a friend of ours, who was the one before us who watched it hid there and never got out! He didn’t even pay to go in. My friends told the man about the friend who hid. He got him out.

Anyway, after he got out, the movie began. The movie is like you in a wood piece in the mountains of snow crossing one by one. But guess what? When the piece was drifting and crossing, the seats were moving and jumping, as if you were REALLY there! It was a very nice movie! When the movie finished, the door opened and the same man came out and took the glasses and we got out! It was the best movie I watched, even though it was 3 minutes only!

I hope everybody has awesome rides like this

A Computer Problem

I was sitting on our computer writing a Slice of Life, as always. Suddenly, a notification said: ” A harmful software has been detected”. I clicked on it and the computer automatically went to “Windows Defender”. It showed that the PC status was “At risk”. It also showed that there was 2 VIRUSES in the computer. My heart started beating. It said that both the viruses were SEVERE. The recommended action was to clean the PC from the software that had both the viruses.  I clicked “Clean PC” and it started cleaning. It eventually took 5 minutes for the PC to clean. And thank goodness, the computer wasn’t harmed.

If your computer was powered by Windows, go weekly to “Windows Defender” and scan it. If there was a virus or spyware, you can clean it. You can also see how’s the PC status.

A Campfire at Camp

On Friday, we went camping at a desert. There happened a lot of exciting and interesting things, but today I’ll talk about the campfire. At 8 P.M., some men began putting wood in a wide hole that had a bit of shallow. I overheard my friend that I was playing with asking: “What are you going to do with the wood? Are you going to make a campfire?” I stood three meters behind him still and waited for the answer. He said, “Yes! We are going to make a campfire!.” I was so excited. I quit the game that I was playing and sat near the shallow hole that the wood was crashing into. When they finally lit the fire, I could feel the warm air entering my bones. It was so warm! Some kids started throwing extra wood. I even got a piece of wood and threw it there. Some people knew it was warm, and they gave us kids some marshmallows to roast as they roasted some corn for all of us to eat!

I hope you had or will have an awesome event like this!

Fear of Being Older

I know sometimes you fear getting older, or go to higher classes. It happens to me too. But after the fear, I feel it’s ok! Being bigger has some pluses, some minuses.

Even, being small, or being in small classes, has the same things! For example, one of the minuses is that you can’t always go to a place you like. One of the pluses is that you can play a lot!

Stop and think. Think about what are the pluses and minuses of being older. Did you think about it? Great! One thing I want you to know is that you can’t always do or be things that you like. This is life. You can’t always win, and you can’t always get what you want. Some kids are happy that they will be older, but some are not.

Don’t keep on thinking about this! Enjoy the moment you are in!

A Dream that Never Comes True

Some dreams, like going to a park, might be true. But some dreams, like put yourself on fire and never die, might NEVER be true. For me, when a dream can’t be true, I just do it in my dreams. I sometimes go to my room, shut the door, and imagine! If I imagine myself sitting in a fighting plane, I sit on a chair and imagine the background and people. When I imagine putting myself on fire, I take a stick or something like that and, again, imagine that I’m on fire!

You try it! It’s fun. I can do ANYTHING IN ANYWHERE!

Moh’s Scale of Hardness

Rocks and minerals are almost everywhere. Even when you are in class you find minerals. The tip of your pencil is a mineral. Sometimes your toothpaste has a mineral called fluorite. Not all the minerals have the same hardness. So biologists, and us, use a table called Moh’s scale of hardness. You can see it below. For example, the diamond is the hardest.  Talc is the softest. The scale use numbers to show how hard it is. It uses from 1-10. 1 is the softest. 10 is the hardest. All minerals are used in different things. Talc is used in talcum powder. Fluorite is used in toothpaste we use. The diagram also shows what scratches it or what it scratches.

Being the Best doesn’t Mean everyone knows

You always think to make yourself the best. If you’re the best, you feel proud. If you’re not the best, you imagine yourself the best AND try to be the best.

Well, a lot of kids do good work and get good marks, but nobody knows it. Then that kid feels like he’s not good, just because his friends believe it. After this moment, he looks for some things to help people believe him. Then he just says, “Well, looks like I’m not the best”. No! Don’t do this! If you believe it, you are the best, or at least good.

I hope you learned something about this!
